My background is a blend of 10 years of art school, a Master's in Architecture and Design (and then 6 years of work in this field), and now work & life in Digital Design.
 

My part in projects, nowadays, is majorly about management, connecting the dots and ensuring compliance with the set quality and expectations, nonetheless, I am always happy when I get the chance to switсh back to the designing mode, to dedicate my brain, hands and heart to true art and creation. 
 

I value creativity & non-standard thinking, I encourage critique & censure criticism, I cherish team collaboration and fun but productive work.

Driving e-commerce and e-care digital transformation for one of the biggest Telco in the Middle East region - Etisalat with impact of 172% sales increase via experience design across multiple channels. Managing the delivery of design within the studio including design deliverables, new project intakes, resourcing, staffing and planning.

Complete revamp of flagship for Emirates Airlines, managing post-booking and e-care experiences with impact of 63% increase for check-in and managing experience of the Emirates customers. 

Brand creation for an online shopping platform featuring 20 million products. Providing design for website and app, identifying brand identity for Noon.com

Brand Identity for Middle east holding - Majid Al Futtaim, Dubai holding that owns and operates 57 brands across the Middle east region. Creation of guidelines and brand assets to ensure user awareness about the brand umbrella.

Creative Ecosystem for design hub - Dubai Design District. Conducting workshops to develop the vision, mission & value statement for d3, followed by crafting a brand personality and positioning.

Working in Inkration, one of the best graphic & UI design studio based in Europe. Developing interaction design and 2D components for game interfaces, delivering and supporting development process with assets and game design systems for clients: Gameloft, Chimpwoks.
