Focus on creation a longterm ongoing loyalty solution for the Velozation to drive brand engagement, focussing on the travelers as the end-users. Goal was to produce a forward-thinking and cutting edge solution to drive loyalty and increase the retention rate of Velozation current user base. Produced concept fully focused around the targeted users and considered simplicity, relevant rewards, language and personalisation to encourage engagement
